Seguin TX ACE Leadership, including all Site Coordinators, utilized this in-service day to renew CPR/First Aid certifications. ACE is thankful to the City of Seguin Parks and Rec for facilitating our training to help us keep students safe!!! Ms Erica & Ms Nikki are the best! ⛑️

Jefferson ACE students are having fun while completing the Scarecrow Snack Mix Math Challenge! Not only did they get a yummy treat but they generated a data table and graph of their delicious mixture!

AJB TX ACE students enjoyed a Salon Night treat courtesy of the Seguin High School Cosmetology students! Students were also informed of the benefits and expectations of being part of the program in high school. Great night!

Barnes TX ACE enjoyed a presentation from the Senior Cosmetology students and then were treated to hair styling, wash and/or manicures. It was so neat to learn all about the cool experiences that the Seguin High School program offers for students! We had a great time!

Jefferson TX ACE students were able to participate in the First United Bank Financial Literacy Program presentation. We are thankful for their partnership!

50/30/20 budgeting advice from First United Bank staff for our Rodriguez TX ACE students. The importance to prioritize needs as well as saving as part of managing finances was the focus. What a great lesson for all of us!

What a great visit at the Seguin Public Library for the Vogel TX ACE students. Students learned about all the cool options the library offers and toured the facilities. We love and appreciate our on-going partnership.

Goodbyes are hard, especially when there is a lot of love involved. We thank Mr. Montes for his 4 1/2 years with Seguin Texas ACE. He was a huge part of our ACE team, the Rodriguez campus and his family’s lives. All the best and you will be missed!

Weinert students were able to participate in a variety of holiday inspired read alouds along with seasonal arts and crafts…wreaths and build your own gingerbread houses to hide the gingerbread man! Fun🎄👍

Huge shout out to First United Bank for their partnership with ACE. Their 50/30/20 Financial Literacy activity ended with Vogel and AJB. This fall they were able to visit all 9 ACE campuses to help us all learn about healthy budgets! Needs then wants and always save!💰

Challenge accepted during McQueeney ACE STEM! Who can build the highest tower with grapes and toothpicks? I’d say we had successful architects!

The Rodriguez ACE Seguin Library visit was extra special because they were also able to view the local art in “Our Town Seguin" display made possible by a National Endowment of the Arts Grant awarded to Teatro de Artes de Juan Seguin in partnership with SPL and City of Seguin.
