Transport Workers Union local 2054 MBTA Commuter Rail He said the additional $$$ was for this contract. Keolis told me today that’s not true. So who is lying, the MBTA or Keolis. Keolis gets an unprecedented 400 plus million dollar contract that never went out to bid because of time constraints. Sounds fishy to me.
