Well done to the four members of the Liverpool and District Socialist Party who stood on behalf of TUSC yesterday.

16.3%, 7.9%, 2.7% and 2.3% are respectable sums for a small party with such low turnout.

The fight for socialist ideas continues every day beyond elections!

Labour- 1004 73%
TUSC- 224 16.3%
Greens- 146 10.6%

It's been a, hard campaign this year, even though Labour was still elected: 2nd place with 127 votes, 8% and beating the greens and the Tories is an achievement I'm very proud of. Thanks to all my comrades who helped spread socialist ideas to challenge the parties of big business
