Pipes can freeze at 20°F! Be prepared by insulating pipes as well as basements, attics, and crawl spaces. On very cold days, open cabinet doors to expose pipes to warmer air. When the temperature dips toward 20°F, let cold water drip from faucets attached to exposed pipes.
