Modders are not tied/restricted to timelines, priorities, labor laws, code quality, schedules, budget, etc. A mod developer could work 24/7 on what they want whereas a Bohemia employee would be limited by their workday and the directives of leadership.

Did Discord ever change the third party vendor (5CA) that was performing the ID verification? Sure Discord doesn't store the information, but it appears their third party vendor does and there was a breach back in October.
