Congratulations and thanks to Michael Paries, all lab co-authors and our fantastic collaborators Nitzan Shabek, Angelica Guercio. We report smex-ctp.trendmicro.com/wis/clicktime/… that the GRAS TF RAM1 interacts with WRI TFs to regulate genes essential for nutrient exchange in arbuscular mycorrhiza.
New Guinea's is a major hotspot for biodiversity and this holds true even for frogs. Happy to have been part of this study that took 10 yrs in the making, involved many collaborators, and was brilliantly led by Flavien Ferreira and Antoine Fouquet. biogeography.pensoft.net/articles.php?i…
Love uncovering effector virulence strategies! 😀 Our work on PopP2 targeting components of the PEAT chromatin-remodeling complexes is now out The Plant Journal. doi.org/10.1111/tpj.70…
Our proposal on the evolution of bee orchids will be funded by an #ANR project! With Yann Bourgeois & Anais Gibert, we will be recruiting two people to work on: 🌸 innovative/AI-powered phenotyping 🧬 genomic architecture of adaptive radiations Get in touch and meet up at ESEB!
