Today is the start of Mental Health Awareness Month. As part of the Wellness Team 43 Division we are doing a fitness challenge for our members for the month of May. My goal is to walk every day of the month and to complete at least 100 km. What are you doing for your mental health?

Well, here we go again, another day & another illegal #gun seized along with 1kg of cocaine by our 43 Division officers. This gun even had a laser sight. Thanks to some long hours and great police work, this gun toting #drug dealer won’t get to push his cocaine in our communities.
