Yesterday, our THEC/TSAC team gathered for our quarterly all-staff meeting. On the agenda was strategic planning, organizational values, and, of course, cake! Always an exciting and engaging time when our whole team comes together.

This week, THEC staff participated in the Re-Entry simulation, hosted by TN Dept of Labor & Workforce and Tennessee Office of Reentry (TOOR). Staff experienced the challenges faced by adults reentering society after incarceration. Together, we're committed to creating a more supportive environment.
