This is an important step in addressing sexual misconduct in surgery. Please read the Code of Conduct and give it your support. We must work together to eradicate this blight on our profession.

🧵We have written to The MPTS asking them to attend our Council to explain their handling of sexual misconduct cases. Our surgical community is concerned whether sufficient penalties are consistently being applied, especially where the GMC has pushed for a stronger sanction.
