A Care Quality Commission survey found 43% of elective patients felt their health deteriorated while waiting to be admitted to hospital. Responding on what's needed to reduce long waits Tim Mitchell said the NHS is in dire need of capital investment. Read more: independent.co.uk/news/uk/care-q…
