Rebound - Deflection ⚡️ A great two phase drill with a save a clear off the Crazy Catch followed by a higher save off a deflection device like @reflexcricket or @katchetman … play the rebounds. Work on keeping your balance and maximizing control @FortitudeHockey

High Save - Low Save 👆🏼👇🏼 Make your Crazy Catch into a high ramp by placing two cones on the side nearest to the keeper with the first save coming up high. A second ball is fed for a low save and clear in line with the opposite post. @FortitudeHockey

Approach Play 🏑 A ball is played against the Crazy Catch for a return into a random space which both striker and keeper compete for! Try and make the goal as small as possible by covering all the angles. Great for outfield players and keepers 🔥 @FortitudeHockey

Shot Stopping ⛔️ This is a great drill for goalkeepers and goal scorers! What about some of these finishes from @tommillington88 … sign him up! Close down space and make the decision difficult for the striker … a highly rewarding yet challenging exercise @FortitudeHockey

2 v 1 - Crazy Feeds 😜 The keeper and striker compete for a ball played off the crazy catch. The striker and spare rebounding keeper, work together to try and score past the goalie. Add a one pass rule to keep the exercise very quick and relevant. @FortitudeHockey
