There is a lot of talk about Pikachu EX and Mewtwo EX in terms of the best deck in Pokémon TCG Pocket but Starmie EX and Articuno EX is the BEST deck against absolutely everything except Pikachu matchups and even then you can hold your own if you get enough damage early!

Well I've used up all my misty luck for the week. I might as well take it out of my decks now. I didn't even attach it on the articuno ex because I was sure it was going to be tails.

Oh my. This little terror will be a problem.
