Happy Kwanzaa! It's the second day of Kwanzaa when we celebrate the principle of Kujichagulia (pronounced Koo-jee-Chah-GOO-lee-ah) or self-determination. Kujichagulia encourages us to define ourselves, name ourselves, create for ourselves and speak for ourselves.
