Our Member Gathering is off to a fantastic start! New Gorbals HA Communities Team spoke about the important of tenant participation and engagement in tackling poverty, building social capitol, tackling social isolation and loneliness.

Next on our agenda at today’s TIS Member Gathering was a fantastic talk from Claire Lewis, Housing Services Manager at South Lanarkshire Council about their recent large scale survey and hugely successful Customer Voices Conference👏

For our final TIS Member Gathering Session, Pedro Cameron, Tenant Participation and Engagement Manager and Sharon Donohoe, Development Director at TIS walked us through each stage of the process focusing on different choices landlords could make when engaging with residents.
