We welcome this apology from the Prime Minister to all impacted by the infected blood scandal.
The Infected Blood Inquiry report is clear: an apology is only meaningful if it comes with acceptance of culpability and if compensation follows. All victims must see this urgently.

The final report of @BloodInquiry is a seismic moment for those infected and affected by the scandal. They have been vindicated but not yet compensated.
