Coach Stone steps to the mic. “Harvard pressed me to stay silent, as a result, incredible damage was done to my team by professional career and my life.” - Coach Stone

Coach Stone speaks with strength. The level patience to wait over a year to tell your side of the story while watching a one-sided press circus is excruciating. The control and the poise at that podium is remarkable. @harvard

“Taking on Harvard is not for the meek of the weak and I am neither. I am here today not only for the damage done to me, but to my program and our players. My silence ends today.” - Katey Stone

The news reporter just asked Stone’s lawyer what she’s after. Is it money, an apology? The education we need on how much damage this does and how it ends careers is so lagging. It says so much that the reporter even had to ask. Her legacy and life’s work has been stolen. Harvard University

“Harvard made a decision find a reason to underpay and then get rid of Katey Stone. Whatever that reason was is, it is irrelevant and manufactured” - Andrew T. Miltenberg, Attorney Harvard University

So impressed by the courage shown by former Harvard Women's Hockey coach Katey Stone to defend both her reputation and that of a storied program she built. The days of female coaches staying silent on the gender discrimination and double standards they face are coming to an end. 💪

The 3 former athletes who spoke on Coach Stone’s behalf played for her ranging from 1999-2015. It says so much about how much time it can take for athletes to reflect on their experience. Gratitude is not instant and good coaches get it, yet, universities do not. Harvard University

Coaches: There is a vast difference between selling the experience to PSA’s that we know we are personally capable of providing and the experience our institutions are willing to supporting us in providing. Gaps lead to athlete dissatisfaction. Molly Grisham

It’s a shame the effort to share the amazing accomplishments of Quinnipiac Rugby Alum Ilona Maher gets disabled down by NBC Olympics & Paralympics because the viral sharing really does help grow the game.

Hey NCAA and Charlie Baker are you still of the belief that the college world doesn’t want women’s rugby? The well deserved attention on Ilona Maher and our sport by millions, says otherwise. Support our expansion as an Emerging Sport.

Dear Ilona Maher, I know you’re an Olympic champion. But I cried my eyes out when I watched your video thanking your coach, The Fearless Coach, for supporting your journey to be a nurse, and, a Division 1 athlete. My journey to nursing was never considered an option while playing

The Fearless Coach (@tfcoachcarlson) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Nurses are special people. Athletes are special people. Nurse-Athletes are superheroes. No athlete or nurse should ever have to choose. Huge 💙 and light coming your way.

Our athletes’ shrinking capabilities to correct and hold peers accountable for basic standards is the true culprit behind the war against coaches. When those responsibilities rest solely on one individual, we become the only reasonable target of dissatisfaction Molly Grisham

Schools: Behavior is out of control! We need more “mental health supports”. Me: I agree that behavior is out of control. I disagree that more “mental health supports” is the solution. Students need to know there are rules and consequences that will be consistently enforced.
