Kindergarten made visits to the Mindfulness Room during their counseling lessons this week. We read the book “Puppy Mind” and then did some breathing exercises. It was amazing to see our busy kindergartners slow down and fill up with calmness!

Some 4th grade Student Council members were hard at work on posters during yesterday's meeting! Student Council is busy planning the upcoming SPRING FLING for students in grades 3-5! The annual event will be held on 5/23 from 3:15-4:45 at TES.

Students are in 3rd and 4th grade classrooms have been finishing up their weekly counseling lessons with Ms. Young for this year. During their last lesson, students have been taking trips to the Mindfulness Room and using these question cards to reflect on the year!
