Good news for a Monday morning! The RHS (Royal Horticultural Society) has confirmed that the cold spells we've had over winter, plus the recent dry weather, will mean FEWER SLUGS this year to eat our seedlings! (pic - slug damage on lettuce transplant)

FREE seeds for all! Any local person can become a library member (you don't even have to live in Leicester itself) and become eligible for free veg and edible flower seeds - some for Spring and another lot later in the year!
