Repaired my bad day, ended up generally just boiling over and feeling like hell after. BPD - no joke, is the bane of my life. I'd rather have stability and a clear mind than this shit...i'd even give up my mobility fully to have one day of peace. Its been difficult, i'll survive.

I've contacted the Doctor, they'll hopefully call me tomorrow. All this building up and exploding can't keep happening. This is why I stay solitary most days, my partner knows i've been mentally under a lot so he gives me the time and space I need. Always makes sure I'm okay too.

Those who have known me a long time know i've always struggled with my 'anger' but didn't understand it until my BPD diagnosis. Learning how it works, knowing there's not much I can do is just soul destroying. Some folks actually try to trigger me on purpose still to this day...

I've tried fighting back against my trauma, my PTSD, BPD, Chronic Depression and Anxiety, even the things I don't talk about much. I've tried. I've let it have my life, but I realise I can't give up, I don't want to have it define me...more people are scared of me & it hurts...

Finger still has a long way to til its healed. Can't believe its been a month of painful healing, still not done. Looks like I did a well and truely good job of slicing it. Still hurts to type, write, do things, wash up and draw... Picking things up is a right bastard to do.
