Thank you Baaz for giving me the space to share my thoughts on behalf of the Manmeet Singh Bhullar Foundation. This work has taken nearly a decade. Up until now we’ve done it with our heads down. But there comes a point when misinformation requires you to speak up.

I’ve said before and will say again, Punjabi/Sikh women in Cdn media are a force. This time it’s personal but Rumneek says what needs to be heard. “I can’t erase my identity in order to do my job, if anything it helps me to do my job better.” Rumneek props to you.

Determined. Eloquent Intelligent. For all our competence and accomplishments, some will always see people of colour, especially women of colour, in powerful positions, as DEI hires. The views of some old white men are just that-old. But then I’m reminded,that’s all they’ve got.

I wouldn’t know the name Jaswant Singh Khalra if it wasn’t for my brother Manmeet urging us to learn about this fearless human rights advocate he deeply respected. I still hold hope his story comes to the screen so generations will see the truth India tries so hard to censor.

You’re a class act Baltej Singh Dhillon. This is only one chapter in your incredible story that continues to show us what character means.
