It might have been -2 yesterday morning but it didn’t stop our IRB team training, especially with that to look at.

Members of the club have been posting weekly fitness video to keep spirits up; This week our Vice Chair set the challenge; an ab attack circuit followed by 4x400m FC with a difference....

The club chair was quick to tak on the challenge.

If you are walking down to your local beach over the next few weeks remember; 1. No lifeguards are on duty. 2. The water is only 9 degrees think cold water shock. 3. Emergency services are stretched, don’t take any unnecessary risks. 4. It’s not forever !

I know many people are getting fed up but as I was reminded yesterday; WW2 lasted 6 years, In 1939 petrol was rationed, 1940 food was, typically being allowed 3pints of milk a week and in 1941 clothes were rationed. Please follow government advice, it’s not that bad #think
