Hi #WritingCommunity I'm not brand new here but I'm Sophie and I'm an English teacher who writes literary female-led thrillers. My second book (in my hands) is published by VERVE Books.

Yay! I won an award last night. One of my stories was judged the best piece of comedy writing in the National Association of Writers and Groups' annual writing competition. And a couple of other stories were runners-up in the Short Story and Crime Fiction categories.
