Last week we had an honor to host our incredible alumni Nathan Keller for a guest lecture on the topic of “Breathing in Space”. Dr. Keller is currently working as Lead Specialist in Physiology at NASA’s Johnson Space Center. What a full circle moment! 🌕

BHP graduate student Poonam Josan and students from partnering SEAK lab, successfully led the crew training for our study for an upcoming HERA mission at NASA JSC. The crew will use our tool, a virtual assistant, to treat anomalies during long duration exploration missions 🚀 👩‍🚀

The lab had an amazing week in Galveston attending NASAs’ annual Human Research Program Investigators workshop. So exciting to catch up with our alums, collaborators and learn about amazing research conducted by the community 🚀👩‍🚀
