The whole family drove from New York to North Carolina for an event. While here I found a park for #POTA. US-4858 activated with 42 SSB contacts over 3 bands. Bands have improved slightly. #AmateurRadio #HamRadio #ParksOnTheAir

Day one was getting use to the area, pick up provisions for the duration and relaxing. Tomorrow we start the adventuring. Things planned, two state parks for hikes and #POTA, then back to the campground to try out our brand new inflatable Kayaks. Ohio is gonna be fun. #HamRadio
