Former NLL players like Ben Prepchuk in Arizona, @Hurracaines, Ryan Ward and others in Minnesota, and Anthony Kelly in Ohio are a big reason why box is booming in their states. Dozens of other former and current pros are doing the same... Play box. Get better. Have fun!

So I was walking behind the range today after watching Justin Thomas hit some puts on the practice green and then out of no where Riggs almost killed me with his errant tee shot on 10. His ball ended up under a stand bag on the range.... wild stuff! #hugeblock

The best player on a team isn’t always the player who scores the most. Sometimes it’s the player who has a high IQ or a diverse/versatile skill set or a player who is unselfish & coachable or who knows their role inside & out. Basing “good” only on points scored is a big mistake!

The best Premier Lacrosse League performances this weekend were by Lyle and Teat who consistently play out of 2-man games. Is this where I yell “play box” at American youth?

Parents: You want your child to play, but if he/she isn’t, encourage them to compete hard in practice, keep a great attitude & be a good teammate. Don’t disparage others because of it. There’s no conspiracy theory. Sometimes the kids in front of them are just better at that time.

Watching LYLE THOMPSON play live is pretty special. They way he moves is unlike anything I’ve seen before. It’s like he’s floating out there, no wasted movements, clean, concise, effortless. Really fun to watch. #nll
