We completely agree with this. Skills development is essential for safe riding out on the open road especially in a group. Nothing close for us to practice new skills! Sport Swansea Swansea University
As predicted, yesterday a rider not only lost out on the day, but also lost the Overall British Cycling National U23 Series on the basis they didn't have a TT bike. Costs? Logistics? I dont know, but this can't be the right message to send. Bike racing is expensive enough already
