Diwrnod "Shwmae Su’mae” - is a day marked each year in Wales as a celebration of the beautiful Welsh language. The aim is to encourage non Welsh speakers to learn and get involved. Diwrnod I ddathlu ein hiaith Gymraeg arbennig a hardd x Rhowch gynnig arni - try it!

On Friday morning, the 21st October 1966, a wave of coal waste slid down the Aberfan Valley, taking the lives of 116 children and 28 adults with it. In memory of all those children who went to school that morning, never to return home. ❤️
