Our barn conversion project at Linton is progressing well. We’re currently making all of the new openings, ensuring that they are in keeping with the existing features. We’re thrilled with the new stonework on the window and door surrounds.

There’s been plenty of activity on our Ilkley project recently and we’re now in the final stages. The pitched roofs and chimney cappings are complete and the Accoya boarding is progressing. We’re now starting the finishing touches to the structure, so watch this space!

We are delighted with the finished result of this extension project we recently completed to a 19th century, Grade II listed home near Boroughbridge. We constructed a 60m2 lime rendered extension with stone copings as well as extensive landscaping works.

We exposed and re-built the stonework on this gorgeous fireplace during our restoration of this 19th century barn, refurbishing the beehive stove for a cosy feel.

We've carefully restored the original roof trusses on this early 1900's stable block conversion we're working on, they'll make a lovely feature.

Great start to the week! The Altitude Aluminium windows are going in and the details are really coming together at our Ilkley project.

We have built these beautiful window seats at our Linton barn project. We can’t wait to see the finished result. In addition, we have created a small window feature which has been designed to mimic the original forking hole in the barn wall with the old ironwork.

Work is progressing well at our stable block conversion and restoration in Great Ouseburn, nr Boroughbridge. The original roof trusses have been restored and are now in place, the trays for the solar panels have been installed and the roof felted ready for the tiling to begin.

We've been busy at this project in Harrogate, a full renovation of a period property complete with a large wraparound extension. External works are now in the final stages, roofing works are almost complete, and plastering is beginning in the attic and on the first floor.

This dilapidated farm building will soon be transformed into a deluxe 3 bedroom family home, along with a separate studio apartment. We're just starting works on this barn conversion. Watch out for our updates along the way, we can't wait to see the results!

Sam Allen, our Construction Director, has been with us for 20 years today! Sam began his career in 2001 as Site Manager then progressed to Construction Manager in 2008. After lots of hard work & dedication he was promoted to Construction Director in 2012. Happy anniversary Sam!

The external build is now complete on this luxury new build near #Ilkley. With over 16,000 sq ft of indoor space it’s built over five levels with an underground garage, swimming pool & leisure facilities. It was a pleasure working with McGarry-Moon & Haworth McCall Consulting.

We’re nearing completion on our stable block conversion in Great Ouseburn, with interiors well under way. Timber interior doors installed, Yorkshire stone slab flooring laid, and decoration is beginning. Not long to go now before our clients can enjoy this beautiful new home.
