Not very pretty, but it’s working! This is your 203-148 lot @Aranda_Neuro Thanks for your help on this (and Corinne Beier, PhD) we ended up shortening our fixation time, reducing secondary concentration, and leaving the secondaries on for 24hrs. N38 works too, but labels fewer cells.
