Bara sushi is sushi made by mixing sushi rice with sushi toppings.

There are many other types of sushi.
'Hakozushi' is a type of 'pressed sushi' that originated in Osaka. To make it, stack the rice and toppings in several layers in a wooden frame and push them in with your hands from the top.
