Hello #optics & #photonics friends. We are working on a special #STEM project for kids that we will share with you when ready. But we need your help 🙏. If you were asked about most interesting/cool optics & photonics facts that everyone should know about what would it be?🙃

Couldn’t imagine a better 14Feb! 1 time in the last 2 years with hands-on #optics and a very creative group of kids. They even figured out by themselves how to draw anaglyphs! I made 1 myself last night. Hope you like it🙂 University of Surrey Guildford Borough Council SPIE Optica

An excellent way to celebrate #InternationalWomensDay2022 with remarkable women like Optica Board Member Judith Dawes and two #OpticaAmbassadors Mengjie Yu and @isbaylam.

Couldn't agree more. #STEM connected me with many inspiring women. But today, I am thinking about my Ukrainian friends Mariia Pashchenko & Olesia. You are the kindest people, I know. Thank you for making the world a better place 1/2 Women in Vision UK Optica

University of Surrey I like the sculpture of the great Alan Turing. But I think it is missing a buddy. Why not add a statue of Henryk #Zygalski? He used to work University of Surrey & before contributed to breaking the Enigma. Two great minds connected through maths, Enigma, & Guildford. What a story!
