DataLad 0.17.0 is out today! This release continues the development towards a sustainable future. The test code is now using pytest (thanks to J. Wodder!), new documentation on internal design, better user-facing reporting, lots of bug fixes. Changelog at github.com/datalad/datala…

What is visible on the surface is a fraction of what Gooey is aiming for. The hand-crafted UI is a tuned variant of the auto-generated ones it can provide for any DataLad @[email protected] command. Extensions can provide their own. E.g. an integrated environment for metadata curation is next.
