You don't have to change or get rid of negative thoughts or feelings. You only need to recognize that they are temporary, and that you are an expansive being that is spacious enough to host them as they pass through.

Pleasure to be part of this panel with Blood Cancer UK Blood Cancer UK Research last evening. It’s mostly about #CovidVaccine efficacy for blood cancer patients but also covers coping with uncertainty on a psychological level while we await more clarity.

A heartbreaking but necessary listen about some of the appalling realities of “modern” Britain. The intersections with race, class, and gender are unmissable. Huge impact on the NHS too as acute hospitals become quasi temporary homes due to the crisis in social care and housing.
