PASL hosted another ILA session this week! Our #PhillySchools principals learned about creating a strong learning culture and sense of psychological safety in schools. Matt Kelley and Hannah Tran of PASL worked with #ANet coaching partners to maximize the session's usefulness.

Last week, Cohort 8 #NeubauerFellows participated in our Cross Cohort Consultancies, visiting host fellows’ schools to observe classrooms, learn & give feedback. We thank Principals Luis Garcia, Rosalie Doherty, and Nicole Patterson for hosting their fellow #SchoolPrincipals!

Mastbaum High School—led by Cohort 7 #NeubauerFellow David Lon—is seeing results with a Ninth Grade Success network instituted in some #PhillySchools. This focus on early high school has been associated with a 12 percentage point increase in on track 9th graders!
