Classic. One of my favorite movies of all time is ‘The Postman’

Years ago we were tallying up our squat attempts from training & meets.
In 2011 l concluded:
1000lb- Squats 100’s of times.
1100lb- Squats about 115 X’s
1200lb- Squats 53 X’s
1300lb- Squats 4 X’s
In all that carnage l never hurt my knees once! 💪🏾🤗💪🏾

Meanwhile in Sweden the lifters are Body Tempering now!
Eskil Thomasson was here in fall. Learned it all. Went back to Sweden & had custom rollers made.
Eskil was Louie’s right hand man yrs ago. Introduced Lou to sled dragging.
Now he’s added Body Tempering to his Arsenal.

Funny thing about old magazines, you find interesting things. I remember corresponding w/ Josh Bryant over 20yrs ago when we use to compete. Found this pic of him in ‘05 PLUSA mag. Credibility is everything. Josh knows strength but also stands the test of time!

I remember powerlifters decades ago talking about heavy training & how it really “taxed their CNS!” 😳
This isn’t true.
Parroting this kind of nonsense makes you look stupid. Always ‘Search the matter out!’

This is second time l made the 21min mark on sanddune stepper. Fix-it shop in three weeks. Have to be prepared. But…Who Cares? I am suppose to be doing the best l can. That’s expected of me.

Staying Bendy! This is daily for 3-5 min. Solesteps allow better flexion. They just do.
My compression bands are 10ft long. I wrap top of tibia only and internally.

The FAT ARCHIE! I have literally worked on this thing over a ten yr period. I knew the regular pad you position shoulders on was all wrong. Led to shoulder impingement.
Split Pad Technology (SPT) was my answer. Soft non-corners, two pads, provide scap glide.
This is huge.

I will never forget this cover! Many of us competing in powerlifting (back a quarter century ago) were just adjusting to the 2500lb barrier Garry broke a year earlier! Instead of coming up with excuses, we were motivated by Garry’s success! 3 yrs later he broke 2700! Then 2800!
