in his element. super weird how this is from 14 days ago. it feels like it was taken 10 minutes ago, a year ago, and a year from now. i hope after we die, time is a thing we can jump through at will to experience moments all over again as if they were new.

I've said this often but every 2000s Golden Age TV drama was showrun by someone who had cut their teeth on network TV. David Chase? Northern Exposure. David Milch? NYPD Blue. David Simon? Homicide: Life on the Street. Vince 'not a David' Gilligan? The X-Files. And so on.
