1) Have a choice of using DHL U.S. or another delivery company? Our recent experience w/ DHL U.S. might help you decide! Our frustrating experience started 6/10 when a text message & an email alerted me that our shipment would arrive “by the end of the day.” Nope-No shipment that day

2) On 6/11 history repeated itself. Again I received a text message & an email alerting me that our shipment would arrive “by the end of the day.” Nope. On 6/12 we decided to phone DHL U.S. Help. We talked to Daniel who said he would note our complaint. I received email from Laurent

3) I attempted to explain to Laurent that we would have patiently waited if our shipment had been delayed (civil unrest & pandemic affecting Philly were Laurent’s excuses) BUT why for 2 days in a row did we receive alerts led us to expect delivery?

4) On 6/12 Laurent emailed that we should expect delivery on Monday 6/15 BUT Saturday 6/13 I received a text and an email and amazingly DHL U.S. truck pulled up. One of our 2 boxes was delivered. Disturbingly the driver said that was it. Uh-oh, where was our second box?

5) Laurent emailed me a phone #/extension # to use to begin a “research” inquiry to locate our 2nd box. Soon a week had passed and I’d talked to Lillian, Mary, unidentified woman, Will, and Teresa. 2 of the 5 HUNG UP on me mid-conversation! So rude. DHL U.S.

6) Frustrated I realized I should not be communicating with DHL U.S. but instead with the company we had ordered from. SUCCESS. Our 2nd box was delivered Friday 6/19. Lesson learned. Beware of DHL U.S. and DHL U.S. Help. Durant
