98 people had enough extra $ to rent units from my overpriced, podunk, tertiary market self-storage facility in April

and

only 7 of 654 customers are delinquent on rent (2 of which are most likely deceased).

Can’t be truth. I have dozens of small businesses renting storage units from me and EVERY SINGLE ONE of them is current on April rent.

You think if they can’t pay their building rent, they’re gonna continue to pay for their storage unit? I think not.

We made it!

North coast to south coast, along the shores, and over the mountains.

Thankful our bikes and bodies stayed healthy for the duration.

Headwind for last 25 miles made for serious character…

I find that if I think in terms of worst case scenarios, failure doesn’t seem so bad.

Worst case, I fail at what I’m doing today, lose it all, and go back to a W2.

That’s not so bad, really.

Grand Traverse of Corsica, Day 5.

Biggest day of climbing for the trip. 4 big ascents of 1500 to 2400 ft.

62.5 miles and just shy of 8,000 feet climbed for the day.

Marissa crushed it!

Tomorrow we ride 76 miles to end our trip in Bonifacio on the south shore of the island!

Not gonna lie, the old lady was feeling it at the end of this one. Biggest day of her short cycling career. 68 miles, 7600 feet climbed.
