Finally, something that I agree with KP Oli, whatever the result.. election on Falgun 21 must happen period. Enough resources has been spent already including printing of all ballot papers.

Why can't different party workers get along like this?? Let's have healthy competition and election. We may belong to or support different political parties but at the end of the day, we are all Nepalis and have to live together despite having political differences.

That will be discussed after election and depends a lot on how many seats each party gets. I don't see either NC 2.0 or RSP forming a coalition with UML after the election, NC and RSP can work together to form a government if combined they can get 138 seats. Another option is if

While I fully agree that NRB should become even more independent and powerful free from any political interference, is this the time to be doing this?? I guess, nothing is wrong in collecting opinions and the new Parliament has to pass this amendment to NRB act but still.

I hear all the time from NC party members that only RSP was responsible for Bhadra 24 burning and destruction but then their own party Chairman says he knows who burnt NC's Party office and it was "student union" of another political party. The only major party in Nepal with no

What's behind the increase in road accidents across Nepal lately?? I'm sure poor roads played a major role like before, are old unregulated vehicles a problem?? Over crowding is another one. The new government after the election should take this matter very seriously, there are

While I totally agree with Gagan Thapa on need for building strong institutions in Nepal, we also equally need to have good elected politicians who can safeguard the institution itself. On paper, a institution can be great but if the people appointed there (mostly by politicians)

Is Rastriya Prajatantra Party still contesting coming election even after the ex King Gyanendra said this coming election is meaningless and can’t solve problems ?? And people wonder why so many pro monarchy supporters don’t vote for RPP, many believe RPP doesn’t care about

This is the view of UML's rally in Damak. Seriously, it can't be this bad for UML right?? Forget about ordinary Nepalis, UML must have more party workers than this in Damak. Just signifies lack of enthusiasm, like how many times can you listen to the same speeches over and over

I hear, today is KP Oli's 75th birthday, well Happy birthday but this time I have zero hope you will do anything good for the people. Nepalis have given you opportunity time and again and you have failed miserably. Just rest and retire at this point.

This decision was made by District attorney office Kathmandu initially and now it ultimately goes to AG’s office. The AG’s office should review this very carefully and should reject his amnesty if evidence suggests he was involved in burning of Singha Durbar. From this article it

Whoever forms the next government in Nepal, serious reform of our bureaucracy must be at the top of their agenda and without that, tackling corruption, good governance and economic development is not possible. As former Home Secretary Umesh Mainali is saying here, our current
