Dude at least know what you’re saying if you wanna do this performative politics. There are people who eulogize a dead language like Sanskrit to look cool, and then there are buffoons who speak absolutely wrong & ungrammatical Sanskrit to eulogize it.

I honestly have no clue what’s wrong, but our civil servants’ drafting abilities have severely plummeted. Our govt. events were known for their crisp non-English speeches. Who on earth felt that phrases like “Bharat ke ‘vision’”, “landmark सफलता” sound good?

Haha They had no choice, because the citizenry would’ve rebelled otherwise. And those who would’ve still been obstinate would’ve received the finest Nizam treatment from the Union. So sit down. Abolition of the privy purses was one of Mrs. Gandhi’s best decisions.

What's next for #Bangladesh? There are now 3 dominant actors in B. The protesters, who are represented by Yunus. The BNP-Jamaat combo, which has been empowered by Hasina's fall; and the military, whose hands have suddenly been strengthened by last week's developments.

As I had mentioned in my tweet after that notification last year, this additional level of government approval was merely a backdoor move to bring in blatant crackdown on dissidents and force a culture of silence.

Wouldn't it be great to take common waste plastics like PE and PP and break them back down to high value building blocks? We're excited to share our new method using base metal catalysts in Science Magazine! science.org/doi/10.1126/sc…

Nothing makes me sadder than the slow and steady politicization of IISc Bangalore. And the students who’re opening the gates to this - history will hold you accountable for paving the path to the dismantling of institutional ethos and culture.
