Clever urology twitterers. If we are not doing urine dips for over 65s with UTI. Then how do we spot those who would meet 2ww criteria (NVH persisting after abx/ NVH with dysuria/ NCH with elevated wcc >60). Want to reduce unnecessary dips.. but worry will miss some NVH's????

I was 31y, mum of 2 under 3y and full time NHS worker. I attributed the weight loss and tiredness to the above. Ignored osmotic symptoms- thought I was too old. Gp disagreed but Diabetes team sent an appt for over 8weeks. A mistake I work hard to teach others not to make.
