We are aware that CGM data has now been interrupted for U.S. customers. We continue to work diligently with Dexcom and are making progress towards limiting this disruption as much as possible. Thank you for your patience and we will provide regular updates.

Development is near completion on the Sugarmate app to allow it to connect to Dexcom CGM data utilizing the Dexcom Partner Web API. We are beginning a testing phase to ensure accuracy and reliability before finalizing this update for our customers in the U.S. (1/3)

It is unknown exactly how long testing will take and how long to make final updates to the app, but we assure you that both companies continue to work diligently together to restore connection. (2/3)

For our customers outside of the U.S., we are working country by country to get the necessary regulatory and technical aspects in place to reinstate service, we anticipate the disruption in data to continue through the end of the year. (3/3)

We're aware of an issue affecting readings on the Apple watch interface. We recommend users don't update their Apple watch to watchOS 10 yet. If you've already updated to watchOS 10 use the Siri watch face as a workaround. Reach out to [email protected] for further assistance.
