Really! I'm very disappointed, Royal Mail customers are still waiting for stuff that was posted in December. Now, orders are now stuck at Heathrow. Not helping my small business

So, I'm trying to claim from Royal Mail for missing post. The system is ridiculous. It doesn't recognise the tracking details, but I am looking at thr receipts. So frustrated!

Why are we nearly a week into the Royal Mail cyber incident and still no movement. This is hurting so many small businesses, including mine #SmallBusiness #royalmail
