Loved Sue Dymoke - she taught me so much & all her pupils loved her. I remember those residencies back at West Bridgford, early 90s vividly & all the times at yours with the amazing Sue-chef food …she will be so missed by so many who loved her.
Raising my glass, dear Dave 🥃
Moved and comforted by all the heartfelt tributes to my darling Sue Dymoke So lovely to be reminded of this beautiful film she and Rebecca Goldsmith made. 'Roaming Range' is an elegiac poem about lost childhood freedoms, from her last Shoestring collection, What They Left Behind.
My sweetheart Sue Dymoke has died at home after a long illness. Her last wish was for us to have a civil partnership. This we did, in our garden, by special license, on Friday, with lots of sun & close friends. She was an inspirational teacher, a fine poet & the love of my life.
