The famous #Holmenkollen Ski Jump at Norway's National Ski Arena in #Oslo. Seriously, who jumps off this into what looks like a gladiatorial pit? Credit to their bravery! Visitors can climb the jump tower, with fabulous views over #Oslofjorden. #skiing #skijumping #Norway

Many thanks to Sarah-Jayne Blenheim Palace for a show-round of the magnificent, and recently opened, ‘Rooftop View’. Seeing the rooftop sculptures and architecture up close was a memorable experience, and very well worth searching out. AGTO - Association for Group Travel Organisers

The Gloria Funicular in Lisbon in June this year. The cars balance each other, so seeing the footage showing one car right at the lower end of the short line suggests the other car, which crashed, possibly came adrift when it was nearing the top. #lisbon
