23rd April, Marie & I attended the UK parliamentary reception, Houses of Parliament ahead of MS Awareness Week (28th April-4th May) Talked to MPs and members of the Lords discussing issues that matter most to people affected by MS & the Green Paper, working & PIP. MS Society UK

This week, I spoke at the parliamentary reception of ⁦MS Society UK⁩. Over 150,000 people live with MS in the UK. I urged those taking part to respond to the current ⁦DWP⁩ Green Paper consultation

It was a pleasure to speak at the MS Society Cymru event celebrating MS Awareness Week in the Pierhead today With 6,000 people in Wales living with MS, it is clear that we need to raise awareness of the support there is out there for those living with the condition. #MSConversations

Yesterday, John Milne MP 🔶 raised emerging data from our new survey about the impact of the government’s proposed benefit changes on people with MS. We're hearing serious worries from the MS community about the impact on finances and health. The government must stop these cuts ⛔
