I don't know who was responsible for UI testing the new MOHELA /FSA platform but thanks for creating a platform that is so incredibly vague as to be useless, AND includes none of the info from the old site that users may want like billing history

MOHELA I can’t get into my account at all! Even when it tells me to create a new account after transitioning. When I put in all my information, it tells me it’s incorrect or they can’t find it!!!

Today I spent 45 minutes on the phone with MOHELA, during which they told me no less than 4 times that their calculation of my student loan payment was correct, despite it being more than double what I paid 2 months ago to EdFinancial under the same plan 🙃

MOHELA sucks… that is all… I just want to make my loan payment on time so I get credit for PSLF - they’re supposed to be transitioning my acct to another contractor and POOF - they blocked my ability to pay and see what I owe. They honestly just suck!! #firemohela
