What an awesome day! All 3 groups were amazing. The girls had the most people in attendance today out of all 3 groups! I love it! If you could be here and aren’t then you are selfish, lazy, and only hurting your team. Just keep staying home. We only want the outliers here!

Will Riley is the Regional champion in the 100m dash for the third year in a row!!! He ran a season best of 10.65!

Brayden Hafen clears the state standard of 14-6!!! He has punched his ticket to State!!!

Not much better than watching Woodmen track and field compete. As always, amazing effort by everyone. I’m proud of you all whether you are moving on to state or not. Just like the girls, just an incredible program.

Got to add a Kramer post to my track post. An incredible track and field career came to an end tonight for one of the best we’ve ever had as an athlete and a person. Proud of you big man!

FINISH the week tomorrow. FINISH the fight. Most important opportunity of our week is tomorrow morning from 9-10:00 on the football field for speed and conditioning.

We bring it home with a 6th-place tie tonight. Proud of our effort all evening! On to State!!

Happy 27th anniversary to Amy Watson! I don’t get to do what I do for you how I do it if I’m married to anyone else. She’s the very best person I know. I love her a bunch!

We are in the SAC this morning from 9-10:00 am for speed and conditioning. Bring shoes to run inside! You seriously didn’t think we were going to cancel did you? It can’t be summertime without Friday speed! NO EXCUSES.

That was a brutally hard training session and also amazing. No one out worked the Woodmen today. I’m so proud of everyone who paid the price today. THE PAIN IS A PRIVILEGE. TTW.
