Tonight I'm attending the Monthly Ards and North Down Borough Council Planning Committee as Vice Chair. As with all Council Meetings, this will be streamed live via YouTube.

Since this article was published Council have accepted my request repair the potholes at Millisle Car Park. This will be completed in time for the Peninsula Kite Featival on the 16th of August.

The Health Minister spoke with trainee social workers at the Family and Childcare team in the South West Acute Hospital. Western Trust Minister Nesbitt thanked them for their dedication to the children, young people, families and social work services.

The Health Minister visited the Fermanagh Women’s Aid base in Enniskillen. Minister Nesbitt thanked Fermanagh Womens Aid Interim CEO Kerrie Flood for the vital services they provide to support women and children affected by domestic abuse.
