Congratulations to the u16 girls netball team who are now through to the county finals!!🤩 What a great tournament they had last week, beating Culford, Stour Valley, KEGS and Sybil! Player of the tournament was our captain Madison Skoulding 👏🏐

Sports clubs were back up and running last week and it was great to see so many students attending them! 👏

Our year 9 sports leaders were back in action last week. They ran the West Suffolk Cross Country for all the local primary school. What a fabulous job they did. Thank you for giving up your time after school to help 👏

It’s been a busy evening for #TeamPE with 6 different teams competing in fixtures tonight! U12 Netball (A & B) U13 Netball (A & B) U14 football and U15 football! Well done to all involved 👏 ⚽️ 🏐

Yesterday was another busy day for fixtures! 5 teams were competing against other schools! Well done to our year 7 boys especially, who won 11-0 in their first game for the school! 👏

Football came home tonight after the year 7s won the football festival at Thurston and the Year 11 girls beat Thurston also to progress onto the next round of the cup! ⚽️ 🏆

Last week we had 30 students run the annual schools cross country event at the Royal Hospital School. Well done to Finley Lambon, Euan Mercer, Chris Howell, Jess Staines, Harry Thorpe, Archie Underwood and Grace Davis for all qualifying for the next round 👏 🏃‍♀️

Our U14 Netball team have qualified for the county finals after doing very well in the West Suffolk Tournament last week 👏 🏐 Thanks to Kacie for umpiring! ThisGirlCanSuffolk NetballinSuffolk

Amazing achievement for Year 11 student Evie McKane as she not only makes her 1st team debut for Needham Market Women's FC but she also wins Player of the Match! Congratulations Evie 👏 ⚽️

The Quarter Finals for the U12 Girls County Cup are : Northgate PE v Hadleigh High PE & Sport Ormiston Sudbury v Stowmarket High PE & Sport St Benedicts v Kesgrave Stowupland v East Point Academy The deadline for these fixtures is 10th March. Good luck to all of the schools involved

The U15 girls handball team are NATIONAL FINALISTS! The team beat teams from all over the Region today including Swavesey Village (10-5) Branston (3-2) WBS (7-6) and Sprowston (7-1).  They travel to Nottingham on 11th June to play the best in the country! 👏 🤾‍♀️ England Handball
