This week we lost swaggsheila, a fierce advocate for the entire metastatic community. To know her was to love her: her smile lit up the room, and her positivity was felt throughout. Sheila was a GRASP mentor since our first in-person at SABCS2019, and her loss is felt deeply.

I’ve been struck by how differently we tx extracranial vs intracranial oligoPD. We default to SRS all the time for oligoPD in brain mets but not extracranial mets. And the reverse - we can be slow to defer RT in favor of switching systemic tx at times of high brain met velocity
